Brandon Babel is the Founder and CEO of Ora Property Management, bringing a unique blend of expertise in real estate, technology, and business operations. Born and raised in the NYC area, Brandon began his career as a data engineer at Moody's before transitioning to real estate in 2017.

At Elegran | Forbes Global Properties, he led a sales team of over 40 agents, contributing to over $500M in sales. Later, as CTO, he focused on developing software to simplify the company’s operations and introducing technologies that enhanced efficiency and supported growth.

As a property owner himself, Brandon understands the challenges of managing rental properties and the need for affordable management services. With a strong background in technology, he provides innovative and efficient solutions designed to simplify the property ownership experience.
